Every company use adverts as a part of their communication with customers.
Advertising is a form of communication used to encourage or persuade an audience (viewers - TV, readers - magazines or listeners - radio) to continue or take some new action. Most commonly, the desired result is to drive consumer behavior with respect to a commercial offering. The purpose of advertising may also be to reassure employees or shareholders that a company is viable or successful. Advertising messages are usually paid for by sponsors and viewed via various traditional media; including mass media such as newspaper, magazines, television commercial, radio advertisement, outdoor advertising or direct mail; or new media such as websites and text messages (Cook 2001).

Recently H&M started new type of adverts. When you watch TV online on servers such as BBC you always have to watch the advert. But H&M give their customers opportunity to choose one advert from four (three female adverts, one male adverts for the newest collection).

H&M try always bring some interesting adverts to their customers. Adverts which will be easy to remember and interesting. The good example is advert of Versace collection.
